popular with the windsurfing fraternity. The only drawback of the resort is the shortage of soft, sandy beaches and the strong breeze that
always seems to be prevalent in the area. It doesn’t lack the facilities and amenities that you would want from a modern resort but has a
more pleasant disposition than other resorts, nightlife is low key here and mainly cantered around the hotels. The serene fishing Town of
San Agustin, has retained its traditional character and charm, not like some of the other resorts on the Island.

the far north to the south. The resort is situated around 10km north of livelier Playa del Ingles. Bahia Feliz has a picturesque Town
square with a good selection of restaurants and pavement cafes. Apartment complexes can be found along the coastline and there are a few
hotels.
San Agustin

resort with large hotels with more facilities and higher standards, and there are apartment complexes.
San Agustin shares the 8km stretch of coastline with the larger resorts of Playa del Ingles
and Maspalomas; nevertheless, the small beach in the resort has dark volcanic sand, characteristically found on Gran Canaria. The beach
front promenade begins at the north of the resort and runs the whole length and into playa del Ingles.
