Paceville Malta is located between Spinola Bay and St George's Bay and is Malta’s prime nightlife area. It is very popular with the Maltese Nationals from all over the Island. Numerous nightclubs, bars and restaurants can be found here. For a more sedate evening there are quieter bars and restaurants in St Georges Bay. To get to Paceville, there are steps leading up to it (opposite the Bay Street shopping centre). It is quite a climb, but there are roads that lead to the area too.

St George's Bay is a short distance from St Julian’s and houses most of the Islands luxury Hotels as well as apart - hotels. There is a small (manmade) sandy beach at the innermost end of the bay. In places there are some short but steep hills to negotiate.

The Eden Century Cinema complex comprises of sixteen screens, showing both matinees and evening shows. Also there is the Imax Vodafone cinema that shows 3D films.

The Eden Superbowl is the largest ten pin bowling centre in Malta and it is fully air conditioned and has twenty lanes. Both National and International bowling tournaments take place there.

The Bay Street shopping centre has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants/cafes. There is also a family entertainment centre with various activities and arcade games.

The Dragonara Casino, Dragonara Palace, is near the Westin Dragonara Resort Hotel on Dragonara road. It has a French–Mediterranean Brasserie, dine on the terrace for some breathtaking views overlooking the sea. There is also live entertainment every night in the casino bar.

Various water sports such as: snorkelling, scuba diving and sailing can be arranged here through beach clubs and hotels.

St Paul’s Bay is located on Malta’s north coast, a serene fishing Village, suitable for those that are looking for peace and quiet. The coastline has some breathtaking scenery and a panoramic view of St Paul's Island, where, legend has it, that the ship carrying the Apostle is said to have been wrecked. A large statue of the Apostle stands on the Island in commemoration.

The coastline has a long (mostly level) promenade from St Paul's Bay all the way to Qawra Point, with its tower and views over Salina Bay. The pretty seafront has a range of amenities including: the rocky beach of Qawra, restaurants, bars, discos, shops and a casino. Mellieha Beach is further along the coast, which is the largest beach on the Island and water sports are available.

Bugibba stretches along the peninsula, east of St Paul’s Bay. It has a rocky beach where water sports and diving opportunities are available. At the centre of Bugibba are a variety of shops and there is a promenade with restaurants, bars and cafes. At night, bars and discos come alive.

Qawra is more subdued than its neighbour Bugibba, but still has the same rocky beach. Water sports are also available here and the amenities include shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants.

The Town of Mellieha is situated on the top of a hill, overlooking the bay. Looking north, panoramic views of the Islands of Gozo and Comino can be seen. The sandy beach here is the longest in Malta, but does get very busy as it is so popular. Hotels, bars and restaurants are plentiful.

Paradise Bay is surrounded by remarkable cliffs and it faces the Island of Gozo, it overlooks Cirkewwa, which is where the ferry leaves for Gozo. It has a small sandy beach, but you have to descend several steep steps to get to it. A few water sports options are available, such as jet skiing and snorkelling.

Marfa Bay Malta, is a small but pretty, quiet resort situated on an isolated peninsula, affording marvellous views across the sea to Gozo and Comino from Marfa Ridge. It has a sandy coastline where a variety of water sports are available and is ideal for walking along. If you don’t want tranquillity all the time, the busier resort of Mellieha is only a bus ride away
